We currently have Blue Tilapia in all sizes. These amazing fish are the most hardiest species and grow at an amazing rate of about 1 inch per month. In 9 months they will weigh more or less than one pound which is ready to eat. Farmers also love to place Tilapia in their ponds for weed control. Tilapia is the favorite food for Largemouth Bass, Perch and other predatory fish. One female can lay as many as 1000 eggs per spawn. We also have brooder colonies to ensure that your pond or your aquaponic system is able to have a continuous hatching of baby tilapia. Since these fish are tropical by origin, they can only survive water temps above 60 degrees F.
